Mark is excellent! Back in September on the way back to nashville I was speeding early in the morning and got pulled over going 100+ mph in a rural Alabama county. Drastically slowed down after that incident. The county court was 40 mins from where Mark was, yet he still went. Mark got the case dismissed so it doesn’t impact my insurance or driving record. He’s expensive for a traffic lawyer, but 100% worth it.

Mark and I met at my gym one night, pretty late I might add. I was in the middle of closing out a terrible divorce that was 2 years old. I wasn’t satisfied with my results and I wasn’t clear on a lot of it. Mark and I talked for about two hours. Mr. Turner was on top of everything from the time I first called him up until the final court date, which was all the way in Louisville, Kentucky. He came to my home in Ensley, west side of Birmingham, Alabama from his home which was about 25 mins away from mines and picked me up at 2:30 am so that we could be there for a nine o’clock court session. He drove all the there, we handled business, and he drove all the way back in the same day. I couldn’t of done it without his help, I was very appreciative of him. What turned out to be a misunderstanding that almost cost me my job, my reputation, and my peace of mind. I picked up and item in a store while shopping. The area that I entered the store was being remodeled. I returned to that area to meet up with my husband, who was coming into the store after parking the car, so that we could continue shopping together. However, the store security decided I was attempting to steal that item and had me arrested. I have never been in trouble with the law my entire life!! Thankfully, Mr. Turner believed in me and represented me before a "hang em all" municipality. I watched him passionately plead my case before the prosecutor and then the judge. Mark is an excellent God fearing lawyer that represented me with the utmost integrity and loyalty. We have a mutual friend that contacted him for me and he immediately came to meet with me in jail. I was in a very tough situation and he worked with me through out my case. Mark was upfront with me from the beginning and let me know that my case was going to be a long hard battle and that I would have to have patience and that he would do everything that he could to get the case resolved. It took some time to get me out of jail due to a hard nosed ADA, but he never gave up and got me a conditional release. I placed myself and family in a difficult decision last year. Mr. Turner listened to me and believed in me at a difficult time. He was compassionate toward me. He also was very tough and straight forward in I what I had to do in order to get my children back into my home. Unbelievable is all I can say!! I was wrongfully charged with sex crimes I did not commit but try to get anyone to believe you including your own family. I learned of Mark Bishop Turner while sitting in jail. I asked his client he was representing if he thought he would meet with me and discuss my case. Mr. Turner met with me many times and believed in me. The District Attorney offered me 20 years to serve on something I didn't do but I knew if I lost in court, I would sit in prison the rest of my life. Mark Bishop Turner had the courage to tell me not to plea to something I did not do and let's go to court. After a three day trial and one hour of jury deliberation the verdict was: Count 1: NOT GUILTY Count 2: NOT GUILTY Count 3: NOT GUILTY Count 4: NOT GUILTY I will forever be grateful to Mr. Turner. God used him in a miraculous way.
